01 Acceptance of Terms

12 Limitation of Liability

13 Account Suspension & Closure

ph896 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;

• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback request from a payment provider;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off requests;
• Regulatory requirements or directions from competent authorities.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, ph896 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance.
